R158Q and G212S, novel pathogenic compound heterozygous variants in of Gitelman syndrome

Frontiers of Medicine 2022, Volume 16, Issue 6,   Pages 932-945 doi: 10.1007/s11684-022-0963-9

Abstract: dysfunction of Na+-Cl cotransporter (NCC) caused by mutations in solute carrier family12, member 3 gene (SLC12A3) primarily causes Gitelman syndrome (GS).In identifying the pathogenicity of R158Q and G212S variants of SLC12A3, we evaluated the pathogenicityThese findings indicated that R158Q and G212S variants of SLC12A3 were pathogenic variants of

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2016, Volume 17, Issue 4,   Pages 338-347 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.1500359

Abstract: We present an extension of the resource-constrained multi-product scheduling problem for an automated guided vehicle (AGV) served flow shop, where multiple material handling transport modes provide movement of work pieces between machining centers in the multimodal transportation network (MTN). The multimodal processes behind the multi-product production flow executed in an MTN can be seen as processes realized by using various local periodically functioning processes. The considered network of repetitively acting local transportation modes encompassing MTN’s structure provides a framework for multimodal processes scheduling treated in terms of optimization of the AGVs fleet scheduling problem subject to fuzzy operation time constraints. In the considered case, both production takt and operation execution time are described by imprecise data. The aim of the paper is to present a constraint propagation (CP) driven approach to multi-robot task allocation providing a prompt service to a set of routine queries stated in both direct and reverse way. Illustrative examples taking into account an uncertain specification of robots and workers operation time are provided.

Survey of autonomous guidance methods for powered planetary landing Review

Song, Cong Wang, Stephan Theil, David Seelbinder, Marco Sagliano, Xin-fu Liu, Zhi-jiang Shao,zycalt12

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2020, Volume 21, Issue 5,   Pages 649-808 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.1900458

Abstract: This paper summarizes the s (AGMs) for on celestial surfaces. We first review the development of guidance methods, focusing on their contributions for dealing with constraints and enhancing computational efficiency. With the increasing demand for reusable launchers and more scientific returns from space exploration, has become a basic requirement. Unlike the kilometer-level precision for previous activities, the position accuracy of future planetary landers is within tens of meters of a target respecting all constraints of velocity and attitude, which is a very difficult task and arouses renewed interest in AGMs. This paper states the generalized three- and six-degree-of-freedom optimization problems in the phase and compares the features of three typical scenarios, i.e., the lunar, Mars, and Earth landing. On this basis, the paper details the characteristics and adaptability of AGMs by comparing aspects of analytical guidance methods, numerical optimization algorithms, and learning-based methods, and discusses the convexification treatment and solution strategies for non-convex problems. Three key issues related to AGM application, including physical feasibility, model accuracy, and real-time performance, are presented afterward for discussion. Many space organizations, such as those in the United States, China, France, Germany, and Japan, have also developed free-flying demonstrators to carry out related research. The guidance methods which have been tested on these demonstrators are briefly introduced at the end of the paper.

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2021, Volume 22, Issue 3,   Pages 287-436 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.2000347

Abstract: Script is the structured knowledge representation of prototypical real-life event sequences. Learning the commonsense knowledge inside the script can be helpful for machines in understanding natural language and drawing commonsensible inferences. is an interesting and promising research direction, in which a trained system can process narrative texts to capture script knowledge and draw inferences. However, there are currently no survey articles on , so we are providing this comprehensive survey to deeply investigate the standard framework and the major research topics on . This research field contains three main topics: event representations, models, and evaluation approaches. For each topic, we systematically summarize and categorize the existing systems, and carefully analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the representative systems. We also discuss the current state of the research and possible future directions.
